What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to support retention and growth
- Schedule and conduct policy reviews, explain coverage options, and recommend next steps
- Follow up with warm and cold leads using a consultative approach
- Handle and coordinate resolution of customer service needs and more complex issues
- Stay organized with CRM notes, outreach tasks, and follow-through
- Meet agency goals related to sales activity and customer outcomes

Requirements (Simple & Clear)
- Must be able to engage clients in conversations and follow a structured sales/customer process
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to weekly activity goals
- Must have a long-term mindset and willingness to improve through coaching
Compensation: $38,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commissions (uncapped)
